Hey, I’m Jarett Richards—a luxury real estate agent with a passion for exotic cars, adventure sports, and making big things happen. I live in Newport Beach with my service dog, Jane Rose, who’s been my partner in crime (and in health) for over six years.
Before diving into real estate, I ran a marketing agency and even worked as a Ferrari consultant. Now, I use that same expertise and network to help my clients find their dream homes and investment properties. Whether it’s negotiating a multimillion-dollar deal or helping car collectors find the perfect garage, I’m all about creating smooth, successful experiences.
When I’m not working, you can catch me surfing, skating, or hitting the road with Jane. I love connecting with people who share my love for the finer things in life—fast cars, fun adventures, and, of course, beautiful homes.

Jane Rose Richards
Jane Rose is more than just my best friend—she’s been my lifesaver and loyal partner for nearly seven years. She’s a highly trained ADA service dog, helping me manage internal health issues like IBS and other complications that once caused serious internal bleeding. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to stay healthy, avoid ER visits, and continue living life to the fullest. Even though Jane has “work” duties, I make sure she gets to enjoy being a dog, too. Whether it’s running around the beach, hiking, or just soaking up the attention she gets from people (which she loves!), Jane finds the perfect balance between working and living her best dog life. She’s been by my side through every challenge and adventure, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
